11:40 AM, the front desk of a boutique hotel on the island. A guest — checking out of a suite after a wedding weekend, sunglasses on indoors — leans in and asks the concierge a question that gets asked in this county several times a day: "Is there anyone who does those IV things? At the room? My flight's at four and I'm not going to make it." The concierge has two possible answers. One is a shrug and a Google suggestion, and the guest leaves with a memory of feeling terrible in your building. The other is a phone call and a nurse at the door in ninety minutes, and the guest tells that story for years. That gap is the entire business case for a venue partnership.
What a program actually is
Not complicated, deliberately: a named contact and priority booking line for your staff (no app, no portal, no training module — a phone number and a person); guest-facing materials — in-room cards, a concierge script, a booking link with your venue's code; and agreed service standards — arrival windows, discretion protocols, dress and conduct appropriate to your property. Your team adds an amenity to a list they already recite. We handle the clinical side completely: licensed RNs, screening on every session, physician-approved formulas, and the paperwork behind all of it.
Every venue in this county already has the demand. The only variable is whether the answer at the desk is a phone number or a shrug.
Which venues it fits
Anywhere guests stay or celebrate, which in Palm Beach County is a long list: boutique hotels and resorts (the concierge program is its own deep-dive), villa and estate rentals — wedding parties and family groups, where group sessions are the norm; private clubs — where it slots naturally beside existing member perks; yacht charters and marinas — the post-charter morning being one of the most reliable demand signals in the region; and wedding and event venues, where the weekend timeline has an obvious slot for it. The common denominator: a guest with a big day behind or ahead of them, and a host positioned to solve it.
Structure, and the part vendors dodge
On the commercial side we're flexible and explicit: referral arrangements, preferred-vendor listings, or — for venues whose policies prefer no financial relationship at all — simply being the reliable name on the card. Whatever the shape, it goes in writing. On the part that actually protects you: liability is ours to carry — licensed RNs, malpractice coverage, physician oversight, screening documentation available for your records. A partnership should never transfer clinical risk to the venue, and any prospective vendor who gets vague about licensure and insurance has just answered the only question that mattered. (The same test guests should run on us, run by professionals.)

The checkout that goes differently
Same hotel, six months into a partnership. Same question at the desk, same sunglasses. This time: a call, a nurse at 1:15, a guest who makes her flight and writes a review naming the concierge personally. The amenity cost the property nothing to stock and bought a story its competitors can't tell. That's the pitch, and it's the whole pitch — the service does the rest.
